DMCaizu Co., Ltd. fully recognizes the importance and social mission of safeguarding of personal information it handles, and fully complies with all laws and regulations regarding the protection of the individual rights and personal information. Also, the company hereby declares to establish and drive continuous improvements on personal information protection management system to realize following policies.
  1. We will acquire, use, and provide personal information only to the extent necessary for our legitimate business operations, employee employment, and personnel management, and will take measures to ensure that personal information is not handled beyond the extent necessary to achieve the specified purposes of information usage.
  2. We will comply with laws, national guidelines, and other norms regarding the protection of personal information.
  3. We will continuously improve our information protection and management systems by adopting reasonable safety measures, implementing prevention measures against information leak/loss/damage, and spending necessary management resources. Also, we will promptly take corrective measures in case of information leaks.
  4. We will sincerely handle complaints and consultations regarding the handling of personal information and make prompt actions.
  5. We will revise and improve our personal information protection and management system in a timely and appropriate manner in light of changes in the society we live in.

Privacy policy

  1. Privacy policy officer
    DMC aizu Co., Ltd. (“The Company”) assign the privacy policy officer (CPO) to handle personal information of customers.

  2. Purpose of use
    The company will handle customers' personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the intended purpose of information use. It will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other regulations regarding personal information protection, and will not use obtained information without explicit consensus of customers or requirements by the law.

    (a) To report customers on transaction results, service charges, etc.
    (b) To check the validity check on the company services

    Personal information submitted to the company through resumes, curriculum vitae, and other personnel information documents will be used solely for the purpose of our recruitment activities.
    Personal information of retirees will be used for communication and inquiries between the companies and retirees.
    (3) Purposes of information use in the company events and conventions
    The company will disclose the results of events and competitions it holds on the official website and SNS accounts.
    (4) Other purposes of information use deemed necessary for the performance of the company business
    *Submitted identification documents, including incomplete ones, will not be returned, to the submitters.
  3. Commission
    The company may outsource part or all of businesses to handle customers' personal information to subcontractors after closing information management contracts, provided that these subcontractors have privacy policies at the same level with that of the company,

    The company will not disclose or provide customers’ personal information to third parties except when;
    (1) customers explicitly consent.

    (7) the company need to cooperate with national agencies, local governments, or individuals or entities entrusted by foresaid executing the processes or business under its jurisdiction provided by laws and regulations, and in the cases obtaining the consent of the individuals may impede the execution of those affairs.
    (8) the company make inquiries to financial institutions regarding disbursement to customers in order to provide appropriate services.
    (9) To provide information regarding the customer's hometown tax donation to the local government which the customer donate (when applicable).

  6. Information disclosure
    On the request of customers, the company may disclose their personal information it collected after confirming the identity of the person making the request. However, it may reject these requests at its discretion when the information disclosure may;
    (1) harm human lives, bodies, or properties of customers or other persons.
    (2) prevent proper operation of the company’s business.
    (3) Violate laws and regulations.
  7. Information corrections and additions
    On the request of customers, the company may correct or add personal information it collected after confirming the identity of the person making the request and the inaccuracy of the collected information. Customers may make such request by by e-mail, telephone, fax, etc.
  8. Disapproval with the privacy policy
    The company manages personal information carefully and appropriately in accordance with this privacy policy, and it may not provide its services to those customers do not approve this policy.
  9. Use suspension and deletion of information
    On the request of customers, the company may suspend or delete personal information it collected after confirming the identity of the person making the request.
    Please note that the company may not be able to provide the services customers wish when such request are made to suspend use or delete part or all of customer information.

  10. Voluntary provision of personal information
    Customers are to provide the company with their personal information on the voluntary basis. However, if customers do not provide such information, the company may not be able to provide necessary information and services and promote recruitment activities.

    The company may respond in writing or by other means after after confirming the identity of the person making the request (or the presentative) and the inaccuracy of the collected information.
  12. Automatic information collection
    (1) Calls made to the telephone number provided on the company’s website will be recorded for the purpose of confirmation and proof.
    (2) Access logs on the company's website and member pages that require logging in are recorded for the purpose of website evaluation and transaction recording.
    (3)The company sends cookies and personal identification numbers to member customers’ PC and cell phones Cookie information and personal identification numbers are used only to identify members' computers and cell phones, and enhance customer conveniences, and they do not contain personal information.
    (4) Footages of surveillance cameras in the company’s office are recorded for the security purposes.
