Job description

Service planning/operation for ski resorts, inns, and other facilities during winter seasonsPlan and Operate services for ski resorts, inns, and other facilities in winter seasons
Plan and Operate services for ski resorts, inns, and other facilities in spring/summer/fall seasons
Promote and Operate Aizu Inawashiro Tourism Farm
Develop and Promote advertising strategies
Create and execute web promotion
Paperwork at administrative office

Inawashiro ski resort in Inawashiromachi, Fukushima pref.
Urabandai ski resort in Kitashiobara Village, Fukushima Pref.
Kita Nikko ski resort/ Roadside Station Kirara 289 in Minami Aizumachi, Fukushima pref.

Working hours

8:00～17:00 (work in shift during ski seasons)

Holidays

105 days/year (annual flextime system)
Special Leave is granted by the Company thorughout the year. Employees took off a total of 120 days last year.

Compensations

Transportation cost provided (for commuters outside 1.5km radius), fully covered by social insurance, retirement benefit system available
Men's and women's dormitories available, tenant negotiable

High school degree
*You have to be able to work with PC and use Excel, Word.
*Standard drivers’ license is required.
(L-MVL/SL-MVL licenses are desirable)

We are working with a variety of staff as young as early 20’s and as old as 60’s. We have many staff from local area, including housewives and university students, and even regular office workers and farmers doing double works.
