Service planning/operation of facilities managed by DMC aizu

Place of work

（Offices of DMC aizu Co., Ltd.,）
Ouse winery, etc. in Koriyama, Fukushima pref.
Inawashiro ski resort, etc. in Inawashiromachi, Fukushima pref.
Urabandai ski resort, etc. in Kitashiobara Village, Fukushima Pref.
Kita Nikko ski resort/ Roadside Station Kirara 289/ Aizu Takatsue ski resort, etc. in Minami Aizumachi, Fukushima pref.

Working hours

8:00～17:00 (work in shift during ski seasons)
*May vary by facility.

Holidays

105 days/year (annual flextime system)
Special leave may be granted by the company, and the actual number in 2025 was 120 days.

Compensations

Transportation cost provided (for commuters outside 1.5km radius), fully covered by social insurance, retirement benefit system available
Men's and women's dormitories available, tenant negotiable

*You have to be able to work with PC and use Excel, Word.
*Standard drivers’ license is required.
(L-MVL/SL-MVL licenses are desirable)

We are working with a variety of staff as young as early 20’s and as old as 60’s. We have many staff from local area, including housewives and university students, and even regular office workers and farmers doing double works.
